Hello Mr Ive got a lot to say all of the time Deeney
As to your comment on the squads they will be up shortly. If only it was as easy as naming two sixteens and everyone being available. Just a once in the life time brief view on what it is like for me picking the squads. Ive got players who wont answer phone calls or txt's (cowards!!) Players who decide there injured cos they feel sorry for themselves, players who think they dont need to contact ME to let me know there availablity as I havnt saw them for a weeks. Players who think they know all the answers and start telling people the squads before i name them, Players who think they have a devine right to play each week even though performance levels suggest otherwise. Majority of the FIRST team players think they are too good to attend training then once again expect me to contact them, and as you say all on the back of the last couple of weeks performances where the words SHOCKING and GUTTLESS and PISS POOR come to mind you dont need to remind me that it hasnt been good enough, I KNOW and I have for a long time with the rest of my staff but just a shame YOU PLAYERS DONT!!! Theres no "I" in team. As I say squads on the way soon but even the fixture has changed for the reserves and we didnt find out till today!!! And the most valid point you made was how good a performance and result it was for the lads involved in the res's last week, proves theres still hope and that I still have players who give a nuts
All nice and easy really.
The idea of picking the names out of a hat sounds great! It will probably work for a few weeks then when the players let themselves down and we loose you will all start moaning about each other, the management and the FORMATION!!!
Change the record please
Anyway peace out as you say keep beathing
Everyone Please remember "people in glass houses shouldnt throw stones"

Troy - don't think it was said at you kid, your the only person brave enough to post with your real name.
ExPlayer - if you are an EX, why hide behind the 'explayer' tag? Put your name to it, then we can debate your points openly and intelligently.

I HAVE THE ANSWER! It's simple really, all they players have to do is WIN games, then they will get respect off the manager, players, supporters, and the tea lady. ;D ;D I think a lot of the stuff posted on here is to try and 'gee-up' people rather than put them down. Unfortunatly we live in a blame culture in the UK these days, where everything is everybody elses fault. Maybe Martin we can arrange a team day out to Amsterdam, i'm sure it would relax ;D us all, and maybe releive some of the tension at the same time!

I FOR ONE AM NOW GETTING RATHER PISSED OFF WITH PEOPLE BICKERING AND HIDING THEIR OWN NAMES AND SOMETIMES USING OTHER PEOPLES NAMES.
I HAVE NOT HAD THE BEST OF SEASONS PARTLY DUE TO MY FAULTS DURING THE SUMMER AND NOT TRAINING CUZ OF WORK. I PLAYED A COUPLE OF GAMES AT START OF SEASON AND HAVE MADE SURE RECENTLY I ATTEND TRAINING AND TRY TO CHANGE MY ATTITUDE AND GEET BACK TO THE WAY I KNOW I SHOULD BE. I LOVE PLAYING GAMES AND HAVE SAID TO COLIN AND TO SOL THAT I INTENED ON PROVING EVERYONE WRONG AND IMPROVE MY OWN GAME, AND TRY AND FORCE MY WAY BACK INTO THE NUMBER 1 SPOT AT THE CLUB.
I THINK THERE ARE TOO MANY PLAYERS AT THE CLUB WHO THINK THEY ARE GUARANTEED A GAME NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY OR WHAT THEY DO. YET WHEN THEY ARE ON THE BENCH OR NOT INCLUDED THEY STIR THINGS UP TO TRY AND MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK BIGGER THAN THE CLUB
AS SOL SAID NOBODY IS BIGGER THAN THE CLUB, AND NO PLAYER IS GUARANTEED A GAME. SO EVERYONE PULL YOUR SOCKS UP AND START PERFORMING INSTEAD OF MAKING YOURSELVES AND EVERYONE ELSE IN THE TEAM LOOK STUPID.

Morning all,
I'd thought i'd write a few points on all the arguing at this club. Ive honestly never played football at a club that get on so well off the field, then are so against each other on it. Im paying the price for arguing and moaning as its effected my form (First to admitt that ive played nuts) as Im now sub as I lost my head in a few games due to people thinking its good to get on my back etc. Im chuffed with the performance last week lads - honestly i thought everyone was brilliant. Liam played superb at right back and he took my place!!! My point is that once all the lads step over the line onto a football pitch - its about being together - a TEAM. If we play as a team, we can pretty much beat anyone in our league (I mean that). Its not about ego's and people thinking there better than everyone else - whats the point in playing football if you keep arguing with your team mates!!!!? We aint getting payed so lets enjoy and get promoted. P.S - Watch your back Blax because I want that position pal!!!!

Lads was just browsing the Midland Combination League and come across your site and thought I'd visit as I know a lot of your players. I have been running a side for years now and not at this standard and I am actually shocked at the arguing and bickering that is going on.
I think the players need to start respecting the manager a little more and understanding he is in charge of the team. If players have a problem they shouldn't make it public on a club website but speak to the manager face to face or on the phone.
Come on lads get in together you are representing your area!

Thanks for the comment. No excuse for the slating. It is mostly good natured but does give the wrong impression as proved by your comment. Players and staff at the club do get along and you will notice that the anti comments are only over a short period of time and have now stopped. A minor hiccup - we hope. The manager is available and open to player comment where needed or required. This is not the forum for gipping and sniping. Always remember that sarcasm destroys trust however it is meant. Team mates should be able to be open with each other. Great teams are built on courage and trust as well as ability. Thanks for your comments.

Think you may have took my message in the wrong way.
I wish you good luck for the rest of the season.
